As some of you may be aware, South Street Burger recently shut its doors in Square One mall. However, when one window closes another opens, and thus is the case in Square One.
Replacing South Street Burger right by Entrance 9, is the casual Chinese restaurant SU&BU. The stylish new eatery specialises in sushi but gives the traditional meal a new spin and takes it to the next level.
SU&BU offers sushi burrito’s, Poké bowls, sushi burgers, summer specials, side dishes, as well as fresh fruit drinks. As you can see, this menu is far from standard sushi fare, with the delicious and popular sushi burrito’s being the main menu item. However, Poké bowls – pronouned like Pokémon – are really unique Japanese fish salads. The Poké bowls may contain tuna, salmon, kale, watermelon, arugula, coconut, or any variety of healthy ingredients, and each bowl comes with sesame seeds and nori. SU&BU becomes the first place in Mississauga to offer these authentic Japanese bowls!
If you’re really in the mood for something different, try the sushi burger, which contains salmon, crabmeat, carrot, red cabbage, guacamole, seaweed salad, coconut, lettuce, sesame aioli, sriracha aioli, and sweet chilli. All of that is crammed within a crispy rice bun and it’s certainly worth a try if you enjoy seafood.
SU&BU is open for business now in Square One Mall, right by Entrance 9. If you’re in the mood for some fantastic sushi, or a super healthy meal, Square One Mall now has the perfect option for you!
