Change is inevitable and change can be a very good thing.

Wacky Wings was something of a Mississauga establishment; a popular sports bar that was known for it’s great wings, loud atmosphere, and sensory-shocking decor. Well, you may be sad to hear that Wacky Wings is no longer a thing…at least not in name.

Wacky Wings has had a complete makeover to replace it’s adult Chuck E Cheese vibe, with a more modern, entertainment facility look. Game Time, as it is now known, aims to emulate The Rec Room, while still serving great foods.

Game Time, located on Dundas and Dixie, has yet to have its grand opening but it is open for a taste of its state of the art arcade, plethora of big screen TVs, billiards, axe throwing and VR games. Patrons can play games to win e-tickets that can be redeemed at the Game Time SCORES prize store. Those who want to keep it traditional can play pool or classic arcade video games, or cutting-edge VR if they want to escape reality for a little while.

One of the most exciting new additions to the premises is that of the axe-throwing cages. This is pretty much exactly what it sounds like; throwing axes at targets, and yet it’s significantly more fun than it sounds. This is a great way to pass some time with friends or relieve some serious anger. People can throw parties and corporate events that revolve around the axe throwing, and it is certainly a great ice breaker.

Game Time is open for business and definitely worth your time. Wacky Wings may be gone but its spirit is still very much alive within Game Time.
