Can there be any such thing as too much bubble tea? Well, probably yes, but Mississauga doesn’t have all that many places to order the delicious beverage. We’re proud to report that the city will soon become home to a new Thai food and bubble tea joint.

Cha Me Cha will fill the space left by Bliss Cafe and Bistro at 4188 Living Arts Centre, and is said to be open sometime next month. Cha Me Cha already has locations in places like Markham and operates an impressive menu of various tea products, as well as Thai food.

Cha Me Cha is expected to have a similar interior to the Markham location, and thus will be rather casual with low-lighting and an orange colour scheme. As for the menu, Cha Me Cha will offer plenty of Thai cuisine, from Hot Pot’s and Soups, to Taiwanese Bao. A list of entree’s includes fried chicken, garlic pan-fried chicken, mixed pork with rice, squid with noodles, and much more. Cha Me Cha will offer many of these dishes as part of lunch specials.

Cha Me Cha also sells a handful of incredible Taiwanese desserts, including beans and shaved ice, traditional snow ice, grass jelly, brick toast, bubble snow cups, slushies, and, of course, bubble tea. The store will offer dozens of bubble tea flavours, including milk tea and pudding, peach yoghurt, honey lemon, brown sugar, and watermelon. There’s certainly a flavour to please everyone.

As if all that wasn’t enough, the store will also serve a plethora of tea’s, from green to oolong and everything in between. If you’re in the mood for something healthy, something sweet, or something different, Mississauga’s newest Thai and bubble tea restaurant may be the perfect spot. Cha Me Cha will be open in the near future and operate from 12-12 every day of the week.
