One of Mississauga’s finest, fanciest restaurants, 17 Steakhouse & Bar is set to hose a five-fight boxing card on February 10th.

The event will feature a Mississauga trained fighter and former North American Boxing Association Lightweight Champion, Logan McGuinness. The former Champion was born in Orangeville but lived and trained in Mississauga, but hasn’t fought since last March.

Logan’s last fight in Mississauga took place at The Hershey Centre in 2015, where he defeated Luis Armando Juarez. McGuinness has an incredible record of 25-1-1, although his one loss was in his last fight. He returns to familiar territory to fight Ulises Perez in an effort to bounce back from his first professional loss.

The co-main event of the show will see Alex Dilmaghani take-on Andy Almendras in another lightweight bout, while Canadian Super Welterweight Champion Kevin Higson faces Jose Hilton Dos Santos.

As you might expect, with the event taking place at 17 Steakhouse & Bar, this won’t be your typical boxing show. The fine folk at 17 Steakhouse will treat attendees to a four-course meal with complimentary wine! The doors open at 6:00 PM, the meal begins at 7:00, and the first fight kicks-off at 7:30 PM.

Tickets for the show are available by calling 416-797-3375 or emailing 17 Steakhouse & Bar can be found near Dixie Road and Eglington Avenue East.
