Mississauga is a flourishing city that is undoubtedly growing at an immense rate. Such growth is only possible because of – and spawns more – wealth and job opportunities.

However, much of the youth in Sauga aren’t Richie Rich. For the most part, you’re either born into money or you earn it the hard way, as is true of anywhere in the world. In fact, most of the millennials I know have two or more jobs, which petty much just about keeps them above water. So everytime you hear someone say the current generation is lazy or uninspired, kindly remind them that we work more, and work for less.

With the cost of living at an all-time high, and 40-hour work weeks not enough to pay the rent, something has to give to get by. Often that budgetary cut comes in the form of eating out. Yes eating out is a luxury, if you really wanted to save money you could buy a giant bag of rice from Costco, along with some eggs, and eat those for the rest of your twenties. However, that’s extremely unappealing. The good news is, you can eat out for a lot less than you might believe! I’m not talking fancy restaurants, so don’t get your hopes up that you’ll be wining and dining for ten bucks, but you can get a tasty meal for under $10 and save yourself the hassle of cooking, at least for tonight.
