The Mississauga Waterfront Festival is bringing many new and exciting performances, activities and shows to their incredible three-day festival in the picturesque village of Port Credit.

The festival kicks off Friday night with the Rockin’ River Revue, a tribute to classic rock! Performers include The Supertramp Experience, Mothership – a Led Zeppelin tribute and Absolute Journey, a tribute to, you guessed it…Journey! The show starts Friday, June 15, 2018 at 6:00 pm in Memorial Park, Port Credit.

This year the Credit Goes Country will be a two-day extravaganza on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.

Starting on Saturday night, with performances by Genevieve Fisher, Leah Daniels, The Reklaws and the headlining band the River Town Saints. The show starts at 6 pm. Sunday’s show runs from noon – 6 pm with performances by Mississauga’s own Marshall Dane and Alessia Cohle.

Ty Baynton and Rich Cloke will also be performing and are sure to be crowd pleasers. Be sure to join in for line dancing lessons during the show.

Parents looking to have fun with their children of all ages will love the many performances, attractions and activities throughout the park all weekend long.

This year, catch the President’s Choice SuperDogs in their electrifying show, take a ride on the Kiddie Fun Track Train or go to the carnival* for more rides.

If technology is of interest to family and friends, visit the Port Credit Arena where there will be a Sci-Tech Dome. Children will have the opportunity to create, design, and build their very own 3D artist pieces, build robots, colour on a giant virtual screen, and try their hand with some eye hand coordinating video games.

Parents with small children can visit the Zoosemobile, a giant musical bike. Tour the Monkey Movers gymnastic bus or join a meet and greet and have your photo taken with the PAW Patrol characters from the very popular Nickelodeon television show PAW Patrol.

Take the family to lunch by visiting the Poutine Alley or the vendor marketplace for other food options.

Continue along the path and enjoy the Marketplace for all other needs for the weekend; outdoor toys, hats, sun dresses, sun glasses, and much more.

Head over to the green space with the family to enjoy some inflatables, circus school, or create some pottery. Take a seat and enjoy the interactive shows under the Gazebo. There is so much more to do and lots of time to do it, three whole days.
