The annual Mississauga Waterfront Festival returns to Port Credit for three days, jam packed with music, family fun and food.  This year the Credit Goes Country will again be on a Saturday night with performances by Elyse Saunders, Big City Lights, Kansas Stone and headliner Jason Blaine. The shows start at 6 pm, Saturday, June 15th, 2019.

Jason Blaine earned Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) nominations for Male Artist, Single of the Year, Songwriter, & Producer in 2012. “Life So Far” turned out three Top 10 singles, including On a Night Like This, Cool and They Don’t Make ’Em Like That Anymore, won Single of the Year at the Canadian Country Music Awards, and the video hit No. 1 on CMT Canada.

Blaine has played the mainstage at every major festival in the country including: Boots and Hearts, Country Thunder, Big Valley Jamboree, Cavendish Beach Music Festival.

Despite his success, Jason remains as down to earth as they come. “At the end of the day, when the stage lights come down and I get off the plane or the tour bus and I come home, I’m just a husband and a father”.

He has shared the stage with notable acts such as Dierks Bentley, Rascal Flatts and Tim McGraw.
