Going into its 6th year, the annual Port Credit Comedy Festival will celebrate the very best in stand-up comedy, bringing the unique talents of acclaimed performers from around the world, February 15 – 18, 2018.
This year will see a few familiar fan favourites return like the local celebrity and hero, Mike Bullard, who is back to host the “Best of the Fest” show Sunday evening. And Nathan Macintosh who was just featured on the Stephen Colbert Show as the first Canadian comic to be a featured on that hilarious program
Let’s talk Opening Show…you might not believe who the Festival landed, but it will be one to remember for sure. Jon Dore will be in PC to headline the Thursday Night show to kick it all off. Jon is one of Canada’s most celebrated comics. Having his own show on the Comedy Network and then transitioning to featured movies and television shows, Jon has been a regular on the Conan O’ Brien show and will always bring the unexpected to any stage he stands on.
Back again by popular demand is our “Food and Funny Deal” which gets you a gift certificate from the Shore Grill and Grotto so you can fill up on great eats before getting your reserved seat at your choice of any of the six amazing shows on offer this year.
2018 Port Credit Comedy Festival goers won’t want to miss another stellar lineup that will also feature:
Sandra Battaglini, Nick Nemeroff, Amish Patel, Courtney Gilmour, and the Sirius FM Top Comic winner last year Gavin Matts.
Since its beginnings in 2013, the Port Credit Comedy Festival has partnered with The Compass, a non-profit volunteer organization that serves the Mississauga South community. Attendees are encouraged to bring, or make a donation to The Compass at each show.
