We’re only a week away from Christmas and it’s to panic!
I’m joking, obviously, because we here at YourSauga have made Christmas 2019 an entirely worry-free event. We’ve made guides on where to buy trees, winter tires, which restaurants to get Christmas dinner, the Merry & Bright Market at Square One, the Erin Mills Christmas Market, and what movies to watch in December. We’ve also created lists on what video games to buy this year, cheap date idea’s, what books to buy as stocking stuffers, and what gifts to buy the women, men, and kids in your life.
So yeah, we’ve got you covered, no matter what it is you’re after. Therefore the last thing we have to discuss is what’s open on Christmas Eve and Day. It can be hard keeping track of what’s open and what the hours are, so we’ve made this handy list of stores to keep you right.

On top of those opening hours, there will also be no mail or garbage services on Christmas Day, as per usual. However you should still get your post on Christmas Eve, and don’t forget to give your stressed and tired postal worked a little something, even if it is just a drink and some cookies.
It’s also worth mentioning that GO and Mississauga Transit will both be operating on holiday schedules, so keep that in mind when planning your journeys. And that’s it for our quick list of what’s open and a few businesses that are closed. Hopefully this helps you in some way. Stay safe, and Merry Christmas!
